A Buddhist priest in Kyoto was arrested September 1 for paying an underage girl for sexual services, prefectural police reported. The 39-year-old souri reportedly met a 12-year-old girl online and paid her 30,000 yen in cash to perform sexual acts in his car while parked in a parking lot on June 6. The man admitted to the charges.
